The show is entitled Deep Water. It had a host of Australian and international photographers but it wasn't nearly as complete with regards to the 'local' synopsis above. We cling to the edge like a U2 groupie on a Luna Park fun ride, garnering succour from the ocean’s breeze and that squishy feel of sea weed pushing up between our toes" Always a treat to read Nowhere Man's peculiar un-purple prose (I would say "monochrome prose" was it not that colorful indeed). We always hear of Trent Parke and, while well deserved, it's nice to learn of other Aussie photographers, including Narelle Autio, who in here own right is a great photographer, and Christine Godden, who shares such a nice intimate moment often overlooked in documentary photography.
